You syringe fed me to help me grow.
You dance and rock to help me sleep.
You listen to my music in your little, red Jeep.

You let me spitup all over our pad.
You give me meds so my tummy won’t hurt.
You treat me like I’m the cutest thing on earth.

You barely flinched when I was such a pill.
And now that I smile and giggle with glee…

While mommy is in bed, still loudly snoring.

You finished school post bundle of joy.
You work all day and come home tired.
