Hello there, lovelies. Hop on over to the Omaha World Herald’s LiveWell section today to find a few words penned by me. Let’s be real. It’s never just a few words with me, is it? I mean… I’m pretty sure their editor feels like she’s hearing nails on a chalkboard when she receives a post from me but hey, they keep letting me share my story — with some editing, of course — so I just roll with it.
